Archon was formed in 1994 to supply general IT services to the SME marketplace.  From the beginning Archon supplied Business Contact Management systems, seeing this as being pivotal to any technology-based business system.

Archon began selling GoldMine in 1997 and became a GoldMine Partner the following year.

Since the beginning of 2000, Archon has focussed solely on CRM and has conducted much research into the best methods of implementing this in the SME market.
