ActivCash is the missing link between GoldMine & Sage Line 50.

Module 1  GoldMine/L50 Viewer

This allows any GoldMine User a ‘view in’ to the Sage Line 50 accounts data for all customers with a balance of outstanding items. This is handy if a customer has overdue invoices, as it is simple to see which invoices should already have been paid and which ones are coming due. The date, type, invoice number, turnover, credit limit and balances are all clearly displayed on the screen regardless of whether Sage Line 50 is installed on the client PC. The viewer will also highlight any invoices that are in dispute.  It is also simple to cut and paste the data from the GoldMine screen to send information to a customer if they have lost track of the invoices that they have outstanding.

Module 2   GoldMine/L50 Chaser 

The credit-chasing element of ActivCash allows authorised accounts users with Sage Line 50 and GoldMine installed on their PC to create groups of customers for credit chasing based on certain criteria. This could be based on the age of the invoice of the fact that an invoice falls due for payment on the same day each month. The emails are created as templates within GoldMine, then the data from Sage is merged into them and they are queued for sending. This allows the credit controller to edit the email prior to sending or simply send out a batch of emails.  Of course, the emails are then automatically recorded in the History tab of GoldMine. You can even set flags to put customers onto stop or dispute if their accounts fall into arrears.  Finance officers need not worry about unauthorised users accessing accounts data as users must be a registered Sage Line 50 user to be able to run L50 Chaser.
